Library Service change - COVID-19

The Library has made several changes to services and procedures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Library staff remain committed to continuing to provide as many services as possible, with as few disruptions to our users as possible. 
Please keep up-to-date with any changes to library services by regularly visiting this page.

Remote access to Library online resources
Access to Library resources is available offsite on any device - use your WA Health network login.  Please contact HSS Service Desk: 13 44 77 if you have forgotten your password or locked out of your account.
EndNote from home
CAHS staff may install EndNote on their home computers for Windows PC and MAC home download.  

Document Delivery
This service continues in a limited capacity. Electronic journal articles and book chapters can be requested in line with copyright regulations. Time frame for delivery depends on the availability of suppliers. Hard copy inter-library loans may be delayed from over east suppliers.

Library Education Session
Remote education session via TEAMS Office 365 is offered.
Loans
Physical loans are now available.  eBooks available online via CAHS library website.  You may search for eBooks via Select a Tab to
perform a Search
 - eBooks TAB. 
Physical loans during a pandemic lockdown will cease and self-checkout KIOSK will be unavailable for use to return or check out items.

Seating in the Library space
Please maintain required 1.5 metres  seating to encourage social distancing, and remember to wipe down surfaces, especially the keyboards and mouse after each use for the next user.
